How to upgrade firmware for UJ240AS Blu-ray recorder?

Follow the steps below to upgrade the firmware without any check.
("Target Drive Not Connected" will not be shown again)

1. Download uj240as_v112.exe
2. Run hex editor to open the file. (like: HxD)
3. Find and change value:
   0009C2 85->33
   00C1DC 85->33
   0173DA 85->33
4. Save and run the file.
